H.P. series hammers
The H.P. (high performance) series of hammers recently introduced by ROCK HOG DRILLING PRODUCTS INC. has proven it’s merit in actual field tests on customers rigs and in the customers drilling conditions. (See demo. results). The results were in agreement with the customers personnel who conducted the actual tests.
This series of hammers was developed by the Engineering Dept. of ROCK HOG DRILLING PRODUCTS INC. using CAD and analyis software specifically designed for our application. This software was in the development and testing stages for over 2 years. The results from the software are within a + or – 2% margin of error to actual field tests.
The 4.50, 5.0, 5.50, 6.0, and 6.50 hammers are currently available in the H.P. style. The 8.0 hammers are currently being developed and tested in the H.P. style.
